What is the booking process?
After submitting your inquiry, I will get back to you shortly to confirm details such as the date, time, and location. A percentage of your booking fee is required upfront as a non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid, a booking contract will be sent to you and once signed, your session is confirmed! Remainder of session price will be due the day of the shoot. Further booking policies are in the contract.
When do I receive my gallery?
For all packages, your digital gallery will be sent to you 3-4 weeks after your session & you will receive sneak peeks within 1 week!
What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Zelle & Venmo. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance on the day of the session.
Is there an additional travel fee?
There are no travel fees for sessions located in Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, Cardiff, San Marcos, Vista, Solana Beach, or Del Mar. Locations apart from this will require an additional fee which we will discuss prior to booking. I'm open to traveling domestically so if you get me there, I will capture your story! :)
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! Minis are 15 minute sessions, available for a limited time, announced on my instagram @photosbyavalyn.
